Limit: These reads do not change consent or subscription status.

Limit: Optional bot/MPP filtering applies to the recipient activity list; tracking data is not proof of a person's intent.
Refresh campaign sends, opens and clicks for the reporting period.
Limit: Share the results with a client without repeating the manual export.
Your store report lists recent buyers.
Limit: A teammate proposes the Customer tag for each contact, and the owner approves each one before Mailchimp updates its segments.
See the problem in your report, then propose the fix in Datapipe instead of opening Mailchimp, finding the record and retyping it.
Teammates and AI tools can suggest changes without getting edit access to Mailchimp.
You see the current and proposed value side by side, and every change is logged.

With DatapipeA teammate proposes the unsubscribe for that contact, and you approve it. Mailchimp stops marketing email to them.

Source changes use the separate Actions & approvals workflow in Datapipe. AI tools such as ChatGPT can propose changes but never approve them. Who can turn this on?
Provider permissions still apply, and automations in Mailchimp may react to approved changes.
Only fields supported by an enabled action can be proposed; some actions also support individual owner-selected writable fields.

Read access for reports. The 10 change actions need edit access in Mailchimp and stay off until the owner turns them on.
Audience data is current state; campaign details are cumulative provider results and are not filtered by report dates.
Eleven new reports join campaign performance. Audience data is current state; campaign details are cumulative provider results and are not filtered by report dates. Opens and clicks can include automated activity. Recipient activity offers optional bot and Apple privacy filtering, retains recipients with no remaining actions and excludes IP addresses. Merge values stay JSON. Account permissions and history limits apply; deprecated contact totals and full modern Audience Contacts coverage are not claimed. These reads do not send campaigns or change consent. Optional name corrections remain separate: the owner enables the action and approves every proposed change.
12 reporting datasets, each with its own fields. Pick one in the app, then choose your columns.
Sends, opens, and clicks.
Current legacy-list audience inventory and native subscribed, unsubscribed and cleaned counts. These counts are not a complete modern Audience Contacts total. The deprecated total_contacts field is excluded. Report dates do not reconstruct past audience state.
Current accessible data for one audience in the connected Mailchimp account. Report dates do not reconstruct past membership. Merge values and collections stay JSON; missing measurements remain null. Member ecommerce totals retain the provider's currency and are lifetime/provider totals, not revenue in the report dates. This endpoint does not certify archived contacts or all modern Audience Contacts are included.

Segment type, rules and membership counts are provider state. Counts request cleaned, transactional and unsubscribed members as well; no segment is created or recalculated by this read.

Choose one existing segment. Cleaned, transactional and unsubscribed members are explicitly included when returned by the segment endpoint. Rules and account limits still affect membership.
Current accessible data for one audience in the connected Mailchimp account. Report dates do not reconstruct past membership. Merge values and collections stay JSON; missing measurements remain null. Field types, choices, defaults, required/public flags and display ordering describe the audience schema. Private account definitions are only loaded into connected reports, not this public page.

Choose one member using its lowercase subscriber hash from Audience members. Tags are fully paged through the dedicated endpoint rather than inferred from an embedded preview.
API-reported results for one explicitly selected campaign, cumulative as available at read time. The report date range does not filter these records. Tracking, account permissions and provider history limits apply; opens/clicks can include automated activity. One row per reported campaign link, with native total/unique click counters. Unique counts are not additive across links.

Tracking, account permissions and provider history limits apply; opens/clicks can include automated activity. One recipient per row with the API-reported action list as JSON. Action type, timestamp and URL are retained; IP addresses are excluded. Optional bot filtering is sent to Mailchimp and recorded on each row; the default includes all reported activity. Filtering actions does not remove recipients with an empty activity list.

OAuth means you sign in with the service and grant access, without pasting an API key. Datapipe works with multiple partners to provide that sign-in. Some partners already provide it. Some integrations are API-only at present, so you paste a key or token. OAuth is coming soon for some. Some partners do not provide OAuth at all. The setup steps on each integration page say how that source connects. Signing in is only how the connection is made. It is not permission to change records. Where a source supports changes, those writes stay off until the workspace owner turns specific actions on and approves each one. We do not promise OAuth on every source, and we do not share dates.
Only the workspace owner. Writes start disabled. The owner enables permitted actions and eligible teammates: owner only, all project operators and managers, or selected teammates. The owner can change this at any time, and saving new settings cancels pending proposals.
No. Teammates propose in Datapipe, and approved changes are applied through the connected Mailchimp account. Nobody else gets a Mailchimp login from this.
They can propose a change through Datapipe, the same way a teammate can. They can never approve it. Only the owner approves, in Actions & approvals.
Datapipe sends each approved change once and logs the result. If it cannot confirm that Mailchimp received it, the request is marked Uncertain and is never retried automatically, so you can check Mailchimp first.
Yes. Datapipe reads the reports on this page and can make 10 kinds of change: update audience member name; update contact fields and groups; add or remove a contact tag; unsubscribe a contact or ask them to resubscribe; archive a contact; edit a draft campaign's subject, preview text, name or sender; schedule a draft campaign; unschedule a campaign; send a draft campaign now; pause or start a classic automation. Each one stays off until the owner turns it on, and every proposed change needs the owner's approval. Provider permissions still apply.
This page lists 125 report fields across 12 datasets. You pick the columns when you build the report.
Available rows depend on the connected account, selected report type, its date rules and provider limits. Current-inventory reports show current records rather than earlier historical states.
One for each Mailchimp account you add to a project. Adding the same account to another project counts again. Reports and destinations do not use extra data sources.
Yes. The same numbers can go to a sheet, a chart, a warehouse, or an assistant.
