Refunds

Datapipe is the product. The company offering it is PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name, PLACEHOLDER: postal address. Write to legal@trydatapipe.com, privacy@trydatapipe.com, or support@trydatapipe.com.

Paid plans include a 14-day trial. During the trial you can cancel and you are not charged when billing is in demo mode, and you are not charged in live mode until the trial ends.

After a charge, email support@trydatapipe.com within 14 days for a refund of that period if the product did not refresh data you had connected. We do not refund months that already ran after that window. Data Vault is $9 a month and follows the same 14-day window. Cancelling stops the next charge. History already stored follows the privacy policy, including the 12-month Data Vault grace.

Free workspaces are not charged.
