Data deletion

Datapipe is the product. The company offering it is PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name, PLACEHOLDER: postal address. Write to legal@trydatapipe.com, privacy@trydatapipe.com, or support@trydatapipe.com.

You can delete the data Datapipe stores about you, including data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp).

In the product

1. Sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Connections.
3. Disconnect Facebook. That removes the Meta token and stops new pulls of Facebook Pages, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

Or stay in Settings and delete your account. That removes the workspace, its connections, and its reports.

By email

Email privacy@trydatapipe.com from the address on the account. Ask us to delete your data. We delete the workspace data tied to that account, including Meta tokens.

If you remove the app on Facebook

Meta sends a signed deletion request. We check it with the Meta app secret, delete that Facebook user's Meta tokens and Meta data, and show the result on a status page with a confirmation code.
