Terms of service

These terms cover use of Datapipe, a service that reads marketing data you connect with OAuth or an API key, keeps that history, and sends it to Google Sheets, Looker Studio, your own BigQuery project on Pro and Agency, or an AI answer.

The account

You must be allowed to connect each source. You are responsible for the people you invite and for the keys you paste. We store tokens so the refresh can run. You can disconnect a source at any time.

Plans and history

Free keeps 90 days of history. Starter, Pro, and Agency keep history while the subscription is active. Data Vault is $9 a month and keeps that history for 12 months after you cancel or downgrade. There is no $19 tier. Fair-use warnings for very detailed rows do not stop a refresh.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break a platform's rules, to scrape data you were not given access to, or to resell the raw feed as your own product. The acceptable use page has the rest.

Ending

You can cancel in Settings. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Governing law and venue: PLACEHOLDER: governing law and courts.
