Review current subscriptions

Keep product, quantity, price, and subscription status together. Read the next charge date and billing interval when available.

Review orders and recent charges

Choose orders by creation date or charges by processing date. Keep currency and status with the amounts you export.

Refresh subscription reporting

Send each dataset to your chosen destination. Keep subscriptions, orders, and charges on separate rows so totals are not duplicated.

Ask AI about your data

Claude or ChatGPT can read the same numbers. You ask in a normal sentence, and the answer stays with your report.

Current subscription inventory

Current accessible subscription inventory, independent of the selected report dates. Prices are decimal amounts in each subscription's presentment currency. This report does not reconstruct historical recurring revenue or churn.

Use this

Orders by creation date

Orders created during the selected UTC dates. Status and refunded amounts show each order's current state; this is not a refund-event or settlement report. Money remains in the record's currency with no conversion.

Use this

Processed charges

Successful, refunded, and partially refunded charges processed during the selected UTC dates. Recharge omits processed charges older than 90 days; older ranges fail visibly. Amounts show current charge state in its currency, not refund-event dates or settlements.

Subscriptions show current inventory, independent of the selected report dates. Orders use creation dates; processed charges use processing dates in the selected UTC range. Recharge omits processed charges older than 90 days, so older charge ranges fail visibly. Amounts retain their source currency. Current statuses and refunded amounts do not reconstruct historical recurring revenue, churn, refund events, or settlements.
