Review call outcomes

Use native answered and voicemail flags with call direction and duration. Lead status is CallRail's classification; it does not prove a sale.

Inspect available attribution

Keep source, medium and campaign alongside each call when supplied. Missing attribution remains empty. CallRail data alone does not supply ad spend or calculate campaign ROAS.

Reports you can build

2 reporting datasets with their own fields. Choose a dataset in the app, then select the columns you need.

  • Company call attribution

One call per row in the connected company, selected by inclusive UTC start dates. Duration is seconds. Answered, voicemail and first-call flags retain true/false text; lead status is the provider classification, not verified revenue or an inferred conversion. Source, medium, campaign and paid keywords are available only when CallRail supplies them. Caller names, phone numbers, recordings, transcripts, notes and tracking URLs are excluded. No call changes or messages are performed.

  • Connected company

Current company identity in the agency-selected CallRail account. Report dates do not reconstruct company history. The same account and company remain bound on every read and credential replacement.

How it works

  1. Create a project and choose CallRail in Connections.
  2. Paste your agency’s dedicated key, account ID and company ID. The key must have access to that company.
  3. Pick where it goes. Choose company call attribution and a destination. Dates use UTC; company details describe current state.

This integration is read-only in Datapipe. You can read the supported reports, share them with reporting destinations and ask a connected assistant about the available data. Sending report output to a destination does not grant editing access to this source. Read-only in Datapipe using an agency-owned CallRail API key with access to the selected account and company. Keys can have broader provider permissions. Agencies supply their own API-enabled account; Datapipe does not supply a provider subscription.
